Hang in there. I failed to mention in my post that a good storefront is essential...and the first step...and you are there! Next, you need to get people in your store (word of mouth, blog posts, social media, search engines, shopping engines, etc.). Then...once you have sufficient data on your visitors, you can determine ways to help them BUY! The Beacon gang has you all setup with Google Analytics so you/we can track progress. Wish I had your insight before we redesigned our website. Could have used your input marketing our existing site...rather than transfer the gobs of $$ spent on the new website. Live and learn -- but we are in it for the long haul and your team of experts, especially Annette Fowler and Patrick F have been doing a great job trying to re-educate me after the fact. I so appreciate it...and look forward to learning lots more -- as my brain gets quite full each day with the learning curve.
